The features of tunnel kiln as following:
1. Operating temperature up to 1000 to 1280. Fast firing and according to various types and shapes of work pieces.

3. The tunnel kiln is equipped with high efficiency burner and fuels can be fired completely without any air pollution.
4. The quality of firing products is very stable thus reducing unacceptable finished products.
Details of brick production line:
1. Clay is loaded into box feeder. Belt conveyor which is under box feeder carries clay to primary roller crusher. The size of clay is 5 mm after crushing.
2. Clay is crushed one more time by finess crusher to 3mm. It is then transported by belt conveyor to mixer where water is added into clay.
3. Clay entered into extrusion mixer where it is mixer and extruded to enhance the plasticity to make good brick. The brick machine extruded the solid and smooth mud strip
4. Mud strip is cut into green bricks with required size by column cutter and green brick cutter.
5. Green bricks are transported to dryer. The water content after drying will be below 6%.
6. Dried bricks are moved to kiln, where bricks are fired at around 900°C. Finished bricks will be produced after firing.

clay brick making process
Large capacity brick machine for brick making process in supply to build and design best brick tunnel kiln for clay brick production line,including many different clay brick machinery.
1.taking clay with box feeder ,belt conveyor carry clay to roller crusher to crush under 5 mm.
2.crushing clay under 5 mm, belt conveyor carry clay to double shaft mixer to mix clay.and then use fineness roller crusher to crush clay under 3 mm.
3.after fineness roller crusher,the clay is under 3 mm. belt conveyor carry clay to extrusion mixer to mix again,which to enhance the plasticity to make good brick.and then extruding wet column brick with High pressure extruder brick machine
4.after extruding wet column brick,cutting column brick under 1.0-1.5 m,use the fully automatic brick cutter to cut piece brick.with different capacity.
5.after cutting bricks,manual stacking wet bricks on to dryer car, The dryer cart is sent to the inlet of drying chamber by ferry cart.
6. Dry the unfired brick in small tunnel dryer and the heat source comes from the residual heat of tunnel kiln.
7. After drying in small tunnel drying chamber, the unfired bricks are unloading to belt conveyor,and then manual stacking dried bricks from belt conveyor to tunnel kiln car.
8. pulling kiln cars on the rail way to tunnel kiln,ferry pusher car push the kiln car into tunnel kiln.
9.firing 24-30 hours,pushing one kiln car half hour, the tunnel kiln work circulate ,getting finished bricks half hour,due to your capacity.
10. after firing well,automatic unloading finished bricks from tunnel kiln car to the finished bricks yard.

Burning
1)The burning adopts tunnel kiln. After drying in small tunnel drying chamber, the unfired bricks are sent onto tunnel kiln car by the belt conveyor, workers stack the bricks into the tunnel kiln car for burning. The burning adopts coal combustion sintering method. The correspondent fume extraction system, cooling system, temperature & pressure measurement system and control regulating system are arranged in tunnel kiln for preheating, burning and cooling to guarantee the work performance of tunnel kiln for clay brick factory.
